Rockstar should put multiple cities on the map but main focus should be on Vice City they should use natural disasters as a new feature Vice city should be in modern day time they should say Hurricanes riddled thru Vice City over these recent years that would explain why Vice City hasnt been revisited in any of the new generation games or any game thats not been a Vice city game and why some characters from vice left to los santos and liberty. Vice should be mostly abandon and a shell of what it was in the 80's a old Tommy Vercetti and his family should own whats left of Vice and Tommy should look to connections in Liberty City to help bring money in and rebuild Vice City back to what it once was, and big shots, criminals, and corrupt Law from all around Los Santos, & Liberty city get the word around about Tommys and Vice Citys Plans to rebuild and repopulate and everyone wants a piece and sees it as nothing but opportunity to take over Tommy and family should be faced with the task of getting Vice City rebuilt back into the vacation crime capitol it once was all while not getting ran out of town themselves
