Raj The Rager
I already live in Liberty City, technically (New York City), Dukes to be exact (Queens). So I would like to live in Los Santos in either Rockford Hills or Hollywood Hills. I love warm weather and up beat suburban areas. Guest
HD era Los Santos since I love the sunny open vibe of the West coast and SoCal has always seemed attractive to me. Preferably in Rockford or around Vespucci Beach though realistically I'd probably be in a suburban area like Mirror Park.

Better than crime-riddled Acter or Alderney City of course.
Yinepi
Never been one for big cities, though I have lived in a few, but I've always liked the American south west so probably somewhere like a modern Fort Carson since it would developed enough to have stores and decent internet, but still small enough to not feel crowded. If non cities are also counted then Bayside in San Andreas seems like a comfy place to live
