Any idea on what he does after he purchases safe house. I mean why he saved again after getting out of Boxville.

P.S. He just jumped to End Of The Line mission from Ryder mission.

Saves are to protect any gains should a need to close the game or failure requiring a new "life" start.

I don't think it is a "Glitch" as much as an "Exploit" to finish the game without Playing the game.

 

Since there are certain elements appearing that I have not seen, in my four US versions, this game might even be a Modded version. Such Mods will throw the whole thing up in the air, as mods can do anything to a game.

It is the Windows Store version of the game with no mods.

This is a genuine exploit. There isn't a single element that relies on a modded copy, and I advise you read the FAQ shared in my original topic. There are elements of this run that don't occur in any of my copies either, but that doesn't mean it's illegitimate.
