Help Modding Bully Scholarship Edition

I'm trying to modify the fonts in Bully Scholarship Edition (PC).

 

I got access to the font5.tga and font3.tga files within TXD\fonts.nft, but after replacing them wither higher res versions, the game displays colored blocks [example] where the fonts should be.

 

Another file must need to be modified telling it to change the pixel area for each letter. But I have no idea which file, or if that file is even accessible.

 

Also, I tried to register at http://bully-board.com/ to ask there, but the registration page seems broken.

 

Any modders reading that might be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks.
