Scientist2888
Help ive been spending 1 month trying to search the last tag but cant get it. I dont want to use mod or cheats or download advanced save files save files until i reach 100 % and i ve seen people with the same problem that cant find the 99 tag. I used a screenshoot to see all the tags but I completed all the ones were marked. Im starting to think its a bug but I dont want to start a new game cuz it took me 4 months to complete storyline bcause of that stupid pilot school mission. By the way im using Rockstar Games Launcher version. Sorry for grammar my key is all messed up. Solution lil weasel Posted October 28, 2019 Solution Share Posted October 28, 2019 (edited) Here is the best maps available for locating the various Collections*: http://gta-sanandreas.com/guides/tagsmap/map.htm] TAGS Ma http://gta-sanandreas.com/guides/snapshotsmap/map.htm] Snapshots Map http://gta-sanandreas.com/guides/horseshoesmap/map.htm] Horseshoes Map[ http://gta-sanandreas.com/guides/oystersmap/map.htm] Oysters Map HOWEVER for PC gamers, there is an even more convienent set of maps at a website where you can upload your saved game, it will show which items are yet to be found. http://gtasnp.com/ It does not require membership or any complicated or Ad infested activities. On the page is "Collections" link. Click it. * in the days of Playstation (X-box) I would print off these maps. Place them in Page Protectors. Use a China Marker to cross them off as I did them. When finished I could erase the Marks, and reuse the maps for the next game play. My first play thorough on Playstation also took me 3 months,3hours a day everyday to complete the Flying School, now it takes only 15 minutes. [If I could get any of my three PC games to play. I am stuck using the Consoles.] Edited October 28, 2019 by lil weasel Kingofturves and Scientist2888
OrionSR
If GTASnP.com isn't a good option or you'd prefer to find the offending tag yourself: This problem usually occurs when the player runs out of paint when the tag is almost full, but can occur if CJ stops spraying at exactly the wrong time. Tags will fill from 0 to 255 but can count as full a little shy of max. It sounds like you are looking for a tag just short of that. When using a controller, you should be able to target lock an incomplete tag. I'm not sure how this works with free aim; stock up on ammo and spray everything you look at just to be sure.
