Liberty-TG
So,after 29th october 2019,every GTA will have 10 years with the exception of GTA V. Rockstar made only one GTA in the 2010's and don't know why, since they could done some GTA's before GTA VI for PS4 and Xbox One. Like a GTA in Vice City or entire state of Florida,or "HD Era stories". GTA V should be called GTA Los Santos and not GTA V because it was GTA by number when the universe changed. Rockstar should do more GTA's in the 2020's. What are your opinions? Also GTA IV&EFCL should be remastered for PS4 and Xbox One. VCS for Android!(No excuse for not releasing it)
DOUGL4S1
Developing games takes a LONG time nowadays, because they aren't the simple blob of polygons and sound files the 3D titles were. Red Dead Redemption 2 was in development for over 9 years (with a team of over 1600), and development on the next GTA probably began as soon as GTA V was released, but because of GTA Online's success, the project was probably in the backseat for a while. Max.pain
in whose opinion? there is no enough of money for them when they can keep making it with such a little effort.
Lotte
Rockstar's already made their money back on GTA at least seven times over in sales alone, and the shark card sales from GTA:O are making them even more on top of that. how much more money could you possibly need? Besides, I think I would rather see more GTA-like games from other developers instead of like, Rockstar continuing to have a monopoly on the genre forever, especially since i really don't love their perspective that much kobeni, Liberty-TG and KingAJ032304

It was never about earning 'enough money' but 'earning as much as possible with as little effort as possible'. Every human is always looking for ways to earn more money without working their asses off, it's kinda like that idea of "don't work hard, work smart". But at least there are still signs that they're looking to develop more games since they have acquired that studio in India, unlike some other companies who haven't released a fully finished game since 2013 (Yes Valve, I'm talking about you). XXVIII
It has been great to see the wholesome line of Pricedown tipping its legacy to the next echelon of technology begetted by even more scalable and ambitious technology, and for a new title to pen another milestone within the Chronicles of Rockstar Games. Having said that, it would be... inexplicably magical to see a contending intellectual property step up to the timeline built by Pricedown and bellow: ‘My heavy respect, but it’s time for a GOTY/GOTC (game of the century) winning drive.’ Even as the downbeats of suspense cackle ‘round this MIRACL3, the spiritualism of this orb would not, and should not, fall to hecklers. This dream elects to hold on to ‘GTA’ within its formula, pick up 8K for the drive and stare down seven touchdown points sitting atop Poseidon’s stomping grounds, all of which being strewn across a rotating sphere. May this dream prevail.

Lotte
I mean even with all the money in the world, it still takes a lot of time and assets to put together something with the kind of scope they like to make, right? and even with a ton of money and resources, they're still working their people to the bone to deliver these big games. I'd really rather have either smaller games more often or bigger games spaced out more if it meant, you know, the devs not being worked to death kobeni

As long as quotas, investors and release dates exist game devs will never not be overworked. Edited October 28, 2019 by DownInTheHole
