Questions on ENB

Hello! I have several nooby questions.

 

1. How to install enb properly? I mean inside the enb there's other folder like "imfx" "lensflare". Where to put those folders?

2. d3d9.dll makes my gta can't run, why? Do I need it? What is that file for?
