s17mark Posted October 25, 2019 Share Posted October 25, 2019 The avenger's autopilot option is unusable while solo, when you press right on the D pad to go to the back of the plane it disengages vtol and the avenger plummets to the ground... i have been searching in forums and seems the problem has been around since the avenger was launched, anyone having this problem? is there any fix for this? Did you use the "Activate Autopilot" in the Interaction Menu, section of "Large Vehicles", "Avenger" ? Because as far as I´m concerned, you can´t get inside unless you activated it... s17mark Posted October 29, 2019 Author Share Posted October 29, 2019 Of course i use the autopilot option in the interaction menu, what happens is when the autopilot is active and you se the promt "hold right on dpad to go ti the avengers hull" or something like that, pressing it makes you stand up and go to the back but also deactivates heli mode and makes rotors shift to plane mode making the avenger plumett to the ground while in the back. I found a workaround though... when you want to go to the back after autopilot is activated, you have to keep pressing the right dpad button until the screen is black and you see the loading icon, then you can safely let go Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
suicidal_banana Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 I dont play on console so this is just a guess, but try hold down right on the d-pad Cuz it sounds like right on the d-pad is same as E on PC ('context action') and on PC if you just press the button the Avenger angles its engines, but if you hold it down you get in the back. (That said on pc i dont think it tilts the rotors once you've enabled autopilot, but honestly not sure, long story short, just try hold down right on the d-pad) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
