We're talking about mission payouts. On the matter of communism per se, I was born in a communist country and I can assure you that communism doesn't work.

You got conned. Russia is NOT communism, it's a republican totalitarian country instead. MAJOR DIFFERENCE. and russia has capitalism (investing money to make goods to sell) as well, EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY DOES. GASP!!! SURPRISE!!!! And I never said I was against capitalism. oops.

I never said I was for communism (really no such thing on the planet). And again, what people call 'communist country" is really a  republican totalitarian country. Russia is a perfect example ONE person in total control. I rather being in a country were the majority are in control, instead of a country pretending it's for the people.

Modern day Russia isn't communist, but Soviet era Russia which was the one I was talking about was. Sure there was some government investment in then nationalized businesses but there was hardly any free enterprise in the USSR.

Though we went a tad off topic, I think the communist link was used because of the fact that everyone gets paid the same and all missions give similar payouts regardless of effort required or lack of effort some team members do (I.e people who walk around in circles when something is on promotion). There's no incentive to try doing better or do missions more efficiently because you're going to get the same payout as someone who spent the mission twiddling their thumbs.

^That was exactly what I have meant. Earlier, doing mission faster meant more money and required skill and coordination. Now, it's the opposite and I was always against the idea. Luckily, I don't give a damn nowadays since I don't play the game.
