Why don't you ban the guy who keeps posting naked pic

I figured somethings that could be done to slow down this bullsh*t but in the end it's probably only going to annoy us regulars more than it does help prevent these spamming lunatics. 

 

Best that can be done is to report the accounts, IP banning them is useless as anyone with half a brain could easily bypass them.

They'll keep locking every new account he makes. Reporting any explicit posts is the best way to combat it for now...they will usually disappear within a half-hour.

 

A suggestion for the mods/admins; maybe E-mail verification for new members could be a thing? Where you can't post until you have verified a legitimate linked e-mail?

the forums devs can be track his ip address and put him in the jail.

Not to go into detail but it could easily be bypassed or serve no ideal effect. Takes two seconds to create a new gmail account or new email account and go from there, they could also create multiple accounts from the same address using a little trick (think it only works with Gmail) 

 

There's also another type of email account you can get without doing anything but I won't explain what it is or go into detail  as I don't want to give this idiot any ideas.

The administrators here can't really do anything, it's not that their lazy or can't be bothered but their limited in what options they can carry out. 

 

As stated in my first post, if the person is using a different IP each time then nothing can be done besides banning the account

 

If the IP is behind a service that changes your IP for you & routes it differently, the best I reckon the administrators could do is find out who that IP belongs too and contact them about abuse coming from that address but I doubt whoever owns that IP would be keen on doing anything and would probably only be half bothered to do something if legal action was to happen (depending on laws & jurisdictions), I don't really see the administrators here taking legal action over this, too much cost & trouble and sometime sooner or alter, another different mole will pop up and probably do the same sh*t and it's start all over again. 

 

Seeing how this person keeps coming back, I'm assuming their using a different address each time otherwise on account creation they probably would've been notified they can no longer create an account here. 

 

If I'd had to take a guess whose doing it. Probably an angry ex-forum member with too much negative energy and time on their hands with nothing better to do and nothing to lose.

This with combination of not being able to post until right away after registering

Best thing to do is to keep reporting those things, some sad individuals out there have nothing better to do.

A new user should have to have the mods verify their first 10-50 posts, especially images. Like when we type certain words it forced mods to check posts, Pr0n as example when spelled correctly, can post but it won't show unless it's been okayed.

 

Though I can understand the mods offer their time freely to help here, it's becoming a bit troubling to see this stuff almost daily for a while now.
