I was able to summon it next to me with the Interaction Menu, but I can't figure out how to return it to the night club garage. Surely you don't have to drive it all the way back there? First of all, the Phantom Wedge can only be stored in the underground garage of the vehicle warehouse, not in the night club garage or any other place, unless you glitch it in these kind of regular garages by illegitimate means. It's the same for the other special vehicles like Ruiner 2000, Wastelander or Blazer Aqua. May someone correct me if I'm wrong, but just leave the Phantom Wedge, get far enough away and request another personal vehicle, special vehicle or personal aircraft which then should replace the truck.
