Grand Theft Auto IV Wasted Sound Mod? Maybe??

Recently I found out about the unused wasted sounds when you die or get wasted I would be really glad if there would be a mod to enable those unused wasted sounds just like HeySlickThatsMe made a mod for the unused Grand Theft Auto V wasted sound Can somebody do it for the sake of the GTA Community?
