I'm totally lost - what do I have to do in order to find the weekly Saint Denis collection - already searched all 3 locations for Cognag bottle (which shouldn't require any tools)

Pls explain to me what I'm doing wrong. I see the collection in my Collector bag together with time remaining. Just don't know what I'm missing.

But I already checked there for the Cognac bottle (watched the video, I know where it is, inside the weird medical experimentation room) and it wasn't there... Also checked the other 2 possible locations (inside burned down sheriff office and the other ruin building) and it's nowhere to be found...

I don't know what happened, but I decided to check again just for good measures... and it somehow was there. I would have definitely heard those super loud chimes the first time if it was there, and I checked it about an hour ago or even less - could have it changed exactly last hour or something similar, and maybe just missed it when it changed locations?

The cycle changes at 8:00 PM Eastern Time I believe so it's possible that you found the cognac after the cycle changed which means it's in a new place. Collectables run on a 3 day cycle so you have to know which cycle it is on the day you're looking
