OrionSR Posted October 21, 2019 Share Posted October 21, 2019 The IPL objects behind the smash wall at Big Smoke's Crack Palace in East LS are usually not placed until End of the Line, but they can carry over from a previous game. This area is usually inaccessible until EoL but it is possible to break the smash wall early with a SWAT Van - which is usually unavailable until EoL. The IPL object group flags for v1 and v2 are not the same, so it's possible to have incompatible flags if this save was played on another version.
