Trimz007
Hello all, so, I finally figured out how to create GTA SA Skins using Blender and Ninja Ripper. I successfully created a skin that won't crash my game. Here's the thing now, I can play GTA SA, but my model does not have animations applied to it when playing. Please help, I plan to create a tutorial on how to do everything I've done, took a lot of time to get this far.

Tut98
I'm glad that you figured out the problem. If you for some reason wanted to try skin rigging (which is the appropriate term) in another app, I would recommend 3ds Max. Version 2017 and above comes with a function which I believe is called Voxel Solver. It's a really great one to get started with for rigging major parts of the human body. I use it all the time as base rig, then I work from there by hand. Good luck though, rigging can be very, very tedious. I'm glad that you've in mind to make a tutorial on it, great mindset.
