GTA SA refuses to launch with Silent's asi loader 13 vorbisFile.dll

I downloaded Silent Patch and Silent's Asi Loader 13. My game is the retail 2.00 version but I downgraded it to 1.0 to be able to use mods. Im not using any mods right now. Both Silent Patch files (SilentPatchSA.ini and Silent PatchSA.asi) are stored in GTA San Andreas main folder. My game runs fine with vorbisHooked.dll inside the main folder, but when I replace the original vorbisFile.dll with asi loader 13's vorbisFile.dll  it simply refuses to launch. Sometimes when I launch the game the message "gta_sa.exe stopped working" appears. 

My Operating System is Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)

My Graphics Card is a Nvidia Geforce GTX 760.

I have 8 GB of RAM.

Hi! try installing CLEO 4 alongside with the ASI loader included and see if the game works. Be sure that you are using the Hoodlum version to clear any doubts.

This problem persists even with Cleo 4 installed. Is this Hoodlum link safe?

For sure! it's supported by the administrators of Mixmods. It's the only safe download link I know for both the Hoodlum & Compact version launchers.

I downloaded it (GTA_SA 1.0_US_Hoodlum__Largeadress). Where Im supposed to put it? Both .txt files inside the folder are empty and an error message appears when I click gta_se.exe. Is this normal?

Once you have successfully downloaded the 7z file called "GTA_SA 1.0_US_Hoodlum__Largeadress", decompress it; there you will find three files, two txt files (English & Portuguese) and one exe file (gta_sa.exe). Copy that exe file and past it directly into your game directory.

I downloaded it and decompressed it. For some reason both txt files are empty and when I pasted the gta_sa.exe file into the game directory, a error message appears (gta_sa.exe is not a valid Win32 application). What I should do now? 

edit: When I decompressed the files, an error message appeared (unknown method for all three files). All three files inside the decompressed folder have  a size of 0 kb.

Check if the 7z file has been correctly downloaded and if Chrome or your anti-virus are blocking it.
