The OP was asking for single player transfers, I think. Red Dead Online I can see as being too much of a grind to redo, but the Story Mode would make more sense to replay and experience fresh on the PC. Besides, if you just transfer both story and online progress is there any point to repurchasing a copy of the game? On that point I doubt Rockstar would want to negate the replay value of their game. I highly doubt you'll be able to transfer your singleplayer progress from console to PC, however Im sure people will release game saves within a week of release for those who dont want to redo the story for whatever reason. I would buy it just to play Online on PC, but I am not willing to start from scratch.
