All legit information we have so far is the website updates. Not even the Scottish dude. He could've gotten lucky with RDR2 and his vague hints and now is trying his luck.

If Jason Shreier said the rumors are fake... than the rumors are fake.  He has a ton of sources in the industry, no reason to believe he is lying (if he were to be lying, than he wouldn't have said anything in the first place!)
