i feel like we should use RDR2 announcement and trailer as an example instead considering it was the most recent R* game

 

it was about 4 days from when they posted out the logo to the first trailer I believe

The announcement was on October 25th, 2011 and the trailer on November 11th, 2011, there wasn't anymore infos for 8 months, then they started posting more screenshots, artwork, trailers and gameplay footage until September 17th, 2013 when the game released

Works with VII too, so no, it shouldn't mean anything ( just type gta VII and it will work too ).

I wouldn't expect anything extraordinarily huge

 

They wont make a gigantic map like Just Cause for example, because it would be an impossible job to make it detailed like a proper GTA game

Yeah, the fact that it's saying that it needs flash is making me think that it was for GTA: Vice City, but maybe Rockstar is reusing it for VI and that's why it's been updated recently.

Doesn't have to be too big, but i hope that it'll be big enough, not like GTA V's map. San Andreas felt great, GTA IV did too because it didn't have planes, but GTA V just felt really small.
