The Preacher has an account since 2011

 

But he CAN'T be the same guy that created the account. 

 

If you look at his old posts he was writing like a normal user

 

His account probably got taken over by another person

 

OR, for some reason, he got chosen by R* to give us those cryptic hints

can't people that hear things in a small town and cryptically leak them also be fans?  I mean when Yan was leaking he was also posting his musings

Considering how the Preacher is Scottish what if he is working for Rockstar North? The bosses could have allowed to do a little cryptic teasing which's truthfulness would be impossible to decipher. I mean this is far fetched but mathematics say this is possible.

Uk has just gone into lockdown, rockstar definitely made the right decision working from home. Hope all the employees and devs are fine and nothing goes wrong for them

Also i think it will be called GTA VICE and not GTA VICE CITY because the game will probably include more  cities than Vice City. If i am not wrong i think Vice is Rockstars way of saying Florida or am i wrong?

Florida is just called Florida in the radio stations in GTA IV but I can see they calling it "State of Vice" in GTA VI.

I mean, from what I gather his first leak was because a bunch of R* higher ups met at a local lodge and that's not something you can hide.  probably something similar happened this time
