Obviously the subject is GTA/VICE with some of the letters removed but I'd be lying if I said I had any idea what the body of the message means or is referring to. I did say earlier that I thought that the next GTA game would be called GTA VICE and not VI, but idk if that has anything to do with this.

his account is nearly a decade old, if he was a troll he would have been banned LONG ago

I read it more like: there are bad people trying to disparage him (in the forum) but we should not lose our hope and just keep believing since no one knows what will happen tomorrow (I'm not sure if "tomorrow" is meant like litereally tomorrow...or just in the near future).

Yes, this account can be stealed or even the staff can log on each user account and change the data of the account. But I dont think that the staff was did this.
