wasn't GTA V set in 2011, which was the same year it was announced? so it would be set in 2020 if it was even announced this year let alone tomorrow or the next day

It was taken down like month or two ago due to Games for Windows Live problems. Now it's GFWL free. Owners got the game back working on the 19th, and it is going to be back on sale tomorrow.
