Yeah I would say so as well. Even Yan says that it is unrelated to Rockstar or GTA.

This person is not a Rockstar employee, and game artists do all kinds of personal projects in their free time and even vacation because guess what, a lot of people do like to do what they do... If you like screwing people with their employers by posting stuff from their portfolios with fake narratives (other R* devs have had to delete personal projects because fans started drooling over them), then maybe check his resume, he has no ties to Rockstar and works in an Ottawa company. Rockstar in Canada is in Toronto.

And... an artist would NEVER know about any marketing plans. Last year with RDR2 even Rockstar employees were excited to see their work (screenshots, trailers, environments) finally released as not even they knew when that was happening.

Yeah no this has nothing to do with Rockstar. Sure he works there, but that doesn't mean all his Tweets are going to be related to his job. And as someone already said, he wouldn't be dumb enough to publicly leak something like that. For context, I know this guy since before he even started working at Rockstar, I replied to his Tweet not even thinking it could possibly have anything to do with Rockstar (because it doesn't). Just because Yan is a GTA guy it doesn't mean he can't comment on stuff that isn't GTA related. He is probably a fan of the dude's art and is anticipating a new art from him coming out.

He is, he recently got a position there. He was at QI Software before, working on Dead Matter.
