I'm a first language Welsh speaker and can confirm that isn't Welsh, it must autoselect the closest language based on an algorithm

What I meant by it is that we shouldn't expect the link to be connected to GTA. Probably someone bought the domain and it wasn't Rockstar. Whoever bought it wants to act mysterious.

tbh I think we are in to become disappointment on the 25th. The Scottsman may have heard something about a upcoming announcement from rockstar, but he is probably just as much in the dark now as we are - especially as the current worldwide situation keeps changing.

 

In regards to how the virus affects this: look at Apple, their recent announcement flew pretty much under the radar, with far less coverage as expected. And since R* is not really bound to any release cycles or dates (given their relationship with T2, it’s probably very chill, as long as they generate revenue), they might very well just have scrapped the March announcement and rescheduled to a time they see more fit.

Yeah at best I expect them to announce VI later this year or more likely sometime next year after the next-gen consoles are out for a possible 2021/2022 release date.

I don’t agree with you. At the moment, everyone is at home, the whole planet on a cat Antoine will be a cool marketing move! Rockstar just has to make an announcement, without a trailer and the date of entry  of the game.The coverage will be large! But I don’t believe in date 25 march. I think they’ll announce until  the fall of 2020.

That’s one way to think about that, yes, most people are at home, and are probably more available to receive the news, but, and this is my opinion, most people aren’t in the right headspace to get excited about a video game (that generally also gets rough-handled by the media), as there are a lot of people loosing their jobs etc. Most conversations and thoughts are currently dominated by the virus, and this leaves little to no room for a video game. 
 

feel free to argue that, but i think R* does have their go-to-market and marketing strategy ready, but max have scrapped the initial release date to wait until the mindset of people shifted away from the corona virus topic and goes back to normality.

imo you are wrong! the coverage will be large for the gaming media/newspapers/etc. but the "standard" magazines in the world would report a liquid sh*t about R* and them announcing gta 6 (if they do so in march, i doubt it). it would be like "corona.. corona.. corona.. oh and R* just announced gta 6.. corona.. corona...." and imo thats not what R* is aiming for

To be honest, I'm starting to have my doubts about March 25, too. But I still believe in the 25th number. GTA 5 was announced on Twitter on October 25. Still, most R* games are announced in October. Although who knows what will come to their minds. If nothing happens on March 25, then we can wait for October, as I think. But if a miracle happens on March 25....... I'll eat my pe*is.
