This is why people are saying the 20th. kwul said first post. Jack Frost quoted kwul with the second post. Then AliasSmithandJones quoted Jack Frost (who quoted kwul). Because after these two posted, AliasSmithandJones said "circle complete" or whatever (with VICE capitalized) . Again, who knows. Just wanted to put it all in one post so people stop asking where it is/may be coming from. That's my guess anyways where it is being taken from people saying he mentioned it (as in the 20th).
