Just one quick question for those who have been on these forums for an announcement (joined after V was announced, and was inactive for RDR2). But was there ever a time in these forums history where we genuinely expected an announcement at a specific time/specific day and it came true? It seems very unlike Rockstar to even make a move when it knows its community is watching.

I spent a lot of time on here prior to GTA V, I joined in 2010 but can't remember my account name, and there was a lot of guesses and none came true and then out of nowhere GTA V info dropped.

You guys saw ps5 reveal? It was sad, like someone make them to do that reveal, no one was hyped about hearing ssd vs hdd lesson. 

My opinion they had to duo gta6 announcement.

For Red Dead we followed patterns and just speculated constantly until we got something.

 

Oh I remember "Today is the day". Must have said that about 50 times.

it was just for the developers and etc. They said in twitter that it's will be just a tech info stream

We had people thinking it was gonna be Table Tennis 2 when Rockstar changed their site to be completely red for RDR2 so... Everything is possible.

I wouldn't be mad. I just want more Rockstar games, doesn't have to be GTA.

To be clear, I'd love a new Max Payne. I'd prefer it in the tone of the first 2 though. The atmosphere and themes in those games are unrivalled.
