Guys maybe some of you will consider this pathetic but this silence is painful for me .

 

I keep seeing those predictions that the game is going to be announced next year and i simply cannot wait another year honestly . 

 

Its unbearable. And i have a life , job etc . But still i JUST need an announcement . Thats why this Scottish dude drives me crazy .

Chances are nothings going to happen, I've seen this same song and dance on this forum the summer before GTAV was announced with that where's the blue bullsh*t. 

 

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst..which will be nothing lol.

I see what you mean. There should also be a radio station that plays throwback southern rap songs much like how GTA IV and V have radio stations dedicated to old East Coast and West Coast music.

Well technically it is another language. Scots isn't just a dialect, many consider it to be a language in its own right that developed independently from Middle English https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scots_language

Ohh know i understand, in Spain we have a lot of independent Languages from Spanish, like Galician or Catalonian, i thought that Scot's Language was just an English with own words or phrases or at least this was the feeling i had when i was talking to somone that were on Scotland and suffered to understand some times the people. Thanks for the info!

That's why it's debated whether it's a dialect or a language, but I have no problem seeing it as a language. There are other "languages" which are closer to each other than Scots and English. Scottish people alternate between Scots and Scottish English (Which is just English with a Scottish accent). They are more likely to speak Scottish English with non Scottish people, and Scots amongst themselves. But this guy on here writes in Scots, so it's not always the case.

Doubt it.  It’s not coming to current gen.. if it was announced soon, it would take at least 2 years for it to release, next gen will be in its prime by then.

Money-wise it would make more sense but man...the thought that again the GTA we'll be playing for most of next gen being a souped up last gen game would sting a bit.

 

In that case I can see this being another spin off and not a numbered title like "GTA: Vice City Dreams" or some sh*t

How much more time do you guys think they can hold GTA V ONLINE like they're doing nowadays? I think that the new generation will make GTA ONLINE to start being a little bit forgoten and in 2021 be more profitible a new GTA VI ONLINE than the other one.

Not really. Like i would be unironically mad. We're in 2020, so why should such a huge game like GTA VI have to be limited by 2012 hardware? GTA V (2013) was limited by 2005 and 2006 hardware. I think i remember that Rockstar themselves were saying that it limited them in a bunch of ways (i mean, just look at what GTA IV had and what GTA V didn't have). It would really be a terrible decision. Yes, if they avoid current-gen it will be a bunch of missed sales, but Sony and Microsoft could pay Rockstar to make it PS5/XSX only because it would drive sales of PS5/XSX.

Who is this BoonGoonz person on twitter and are they just trolling? They’ve been tweeting about how AliasSmithandJones has sent him private messages regarding GTA VI info that they can’t share, all they’ve been tweeting is “the endgame is nigh”, also telling people to “relax” and “strap in”. They’ve also tweeted Rockstar today thanking them for a crazy 7 years and congratulating them on GTA VI, they’re also tweeting something will happen March 20th. Anyone?
