Not really. Never done that. Also, he's never hinted to do that either. As someone who has never heard of Limmy, and is Scottish, just figured there was a connection. Like I said, I asked twice (the second time in case he didn't see because of the chat flow being fast the first time).

I've said this before, but they would need to fork the franchise not unlike RDR if they want to do the future.  RDR was not called GTA: Old West for a reason.

 

I'm sure there are plenty of people who want laser guns and flying saucers, look at GTA online with all the ridiculous crap it has.  I'm not one of them and I suspect there are many people who share my opinion.  If they slam GTA into the future they will have in a single stroke destroyed the entire franchise.  Just ike putting JarJar Binks in Star Wars, it jumped the shark at that point and so would GTA.

Exactly what did our Scottish pal say about dates? I'm seeing at least two dates ascribed to him: 20th and 25th.

 

What did and didn't he say, and how much assumption and interpretation has been applied to reach those dates?

 

I'm not saying this to be critical of anyone at all - I just want to understand this since there has been so much chatter about this recently that I think we might have lost sight of the basics.
