Bully was a port of a PS2 game.

 

They never made a next generation game that wasn't a glorified tech demo for that console.

Current Gen needs a Current GTA  anyways and if GTA 6 is created on Rage, we dont need it on Next Gen.

Since Rage is a last gen thingRockstar Games created.

No Rage 2, No Next Gen Exclusive!

Normally, I'd agree. But even today, Microsoft revealed the specs of the Xbox Series X. And a lot of companies are releasing things a little earlier, to help people stuck at home, etc. You could argue Rockstar could see it that way? I don't know. I've never expected anything this year anyway. But I don't know if it would change their plans much, either.

bro table tennis was a RAGE game and that game was on the wii, the engine is obviously being constantly updated

We still owed a Current Gen GTA.

They can re release a remaster again, TT probably working this out anyways.

It also reads like the same kind of comment you read on reddit. Specifically "R* will change their profile picture on social media" For whatever reason, a lot of people think Rockstar will do just that. Forgetting that they only did that once, which was for RDR2, and they also tweeted out the Red Read Rockstar logo artwork, too (making people specifically aware they were up to something). It wasn't just a logo change, which they do quite frequently.

 

Even if this March 25th date is true, that doesn't mean EVERY leak about it is true. Anyone can copy a leak, I can say it right now, if I wanted. Just gotta wait.

Aye. An announcement could equally be something of great joy, relief or excitement amongst people stuck at home, to the lowest priority for a company in no rush to impress seasoned fans while they take care of their loved ones. 

 

It's certainly a bit hit or miss at the moment, things are getting pretty dark.

For anyone else interested, Disney+ can't be released early, though. Gotta' wait for that one. It's actually kinda' surreal it's having this big an impact. Everything was pretty normal a week or two ago, relatively speaking.

 

I've long since predicted an announcement in October 2021. So if anything happens next week, cool. But it's not the end of the world if it doesn't.
