People are too hungry. Tl;Dr @AliasSmithandJones said something about 8pm, therefore people assumed GTA VI would abe announced at 8pm. It wasn't of course.

He knew he was stating that he was going to announce something and then he did announce something? It's not his fault you thought it was GTA based, and who knows in a roundabout way it might be connected.
