It's nothing but just bunch of assumptions. I read about possible shortages and that people will probably have to pre-order to get console on day 1 but no word about delay so far.

Nah it's Coronavirus City at the moment. But Vice is a cert and another city imo. But I'd love Las Venturas to be honest.

SF and LV are plausible, but not enough. A combination of Vice City and the the both of them is excellent.

I don't think that's what it means, they changed it from "Here we go again..." does that mean we were about to get a SA( the phrase said at Los Santos ) map?

Yeh. I think if it's Vice City and a city (hopefully) towards the north. SF and LV will probably be for VII along with an updated LS. They want to get the USA mapped to grow GTAO as quick as.

It could also be just a saying as in the announcement is coming soon.

 

Clearly the admins know something we don't.

 

Either it means the game features Liberty City again (the theme park reference in GTA IV)

or it means we are seeing Las Venturas (with San Fierro being a must otherwise it'll be weird).
