So the announcement has been pre-loaded, meaning it's in the system and now they're just checking everything over to make sure it's all good for it to go to the main party or the big announcement. Pres normally last around an hour to two hours depending on how much money you're trying to not spend.

There might have been announcement while you slept but there might not. I'd guess in about an hour and a half the party gets started but I don't have an invite so I don't really know.
