The thing about rockstar is that leaks before announcement are harder to come.And even if something true gets leaked there's no trailer to base it on,so its literally a shot in the dark.Maybe Project Americas was true,maybe the Brazil rumor was true,we wont know.

Things only start to get interesting after the reveal or right before the reveal.
