@Auditore i don't get it. San Andreas had hundreds of features that GTA IV lacked so how come nobody is upset about that?

Rockstar heads leak details of the game right before your eyes.

The most we can speculate is either Vegas, Vice or Liberty. 

 

The only thing I know for sure is Sony and Microsoft need to sell those nextgen consoles and regardless of what those who say they dont need titles like GTA to sell their consoles are foolish because Rockstar is like the pinnacle of pushing the gaming culture forward.  

 

All these new urbanites F2P shooter games in 3rd person perspective are its children.

Ok so he is under NDA, he knows, that he would be fired but somehow he feels comfortable enough to reveal where he works? It doesn't make sense at all. He would be tracked down in few hours. I would be very, very surprised to see Rockstar revealing GTA VI on PS Meeting. It's not that impossible considering, that Sam literally showed very, very, very early version of RDR at PS3 reveal but still seems unlikely. Nonetheless, if they would pull this off, well, M$ can show anything they really want, they won't surpass it. Not to mention, that it would boost PS5 sales a lot. Announce some kind exclusivity to PS5 and they can watch the world burn

I choose to see it in a different light. It allows them much more time and funding to make bigger and better games. We just have to wait a little longer. For all we know, we may have waited the same length of time, anyway. Perhaps we may have had other games to fill that gap (Which I'd prefer). But, it is what it is. 

 

I'm just not sure RDR2 would have been the game it was if GTA V/Online was as successful.

So does it mean Rockstar will bring back CJ even if is voiced by someone else. My guess is Rockstar wants a different tone voice for CJ.

Unconfirmed GTA6 will be set in Vice City metro area partially some Vice City characters will return but there some despite with some former voice actors with *R under paying them but no other details. They might be multiple cities in GTA6

Young Maylay literally saw the same fake leaks and rumors that we see everyday and he believed them. he's sure that R* are bringing back CJ. he knows that he won't be voicing the character so he must be thinking that someone else will do it. so now Youg Maylay is pissed at R* over a fake rumor

Ok. So Maylay is pissed off badly. There must have been an offer or something. This only leads us to think that characters are not set and voiceovers are being planned.

Well his career has really gone nowhere since San Andreas. He probably thought R* would bring him back for more games. Maybe not as CJ but small roles.

Actually I've been following him for a long time, even before SA. He really is doing shows and is not doing bad..didn't explode like he thought he would but still doing OK. This CJ thing might have actually drawn him back..

I know all actors are pissed 'cause they think they should have gotten more money but Rockstar isn't fair either..it's just business I guess.

Well they have to pay all the level, vehicle, and character designers, the programmers, the QA testers.

 

In Video games the actors always kinda come last.

They should get full time voice actors, there are a lot of people who can do over 100 voices and accents. That would solve the issue.

Actors are only needed if there's something to record/mocap, so I think there isn' much point in keep them in the company's pay roll.

or some voice actors should stop acting like entitled teenagers. after the success of GTA V he suddenly realised that he could have asked for more money and he's upset that R* aren't providing more work for him? that's pathetic. i like Maylay but he's being an ass
