Bakkerbaard Posted October 14, 2019 Share Posted October 14, 2019 I picked up someking of necklace out of a chest in the back of a cart on the edge of Annesburg just now, but my controller kept vibrating like mad near the chest. I walked away for a bit and checked with eagle eye, but no gold sparkles. I did notice that the necklace, although named, didn't have that special icon in front of the name. Is the game just confused? I've had the same issue with a tree in the swamps at another time, but I just assumed I couldn't see the supposed nest and gave up. jazzbone Posted October 14, 2019 Share Posted October 14, 2019 Last night i had both a chest on a cart and a nest in a tree, but i am not sure of the locations. The chest had an item and the rumble stopped immediately after i picked the item up. The nest was probably in the swamp as the tree appeared covered with hanging moss. That nest was difficult to see even at night, but i saw enough of it after a while to shoot and pick up the egg. Like with herbs the night time is best for finding stuff with eagle eye. I did have a bug last night where i could not fire any of my shotguns. On horse or on foot. My offhand sawed off would fire but only while paired with one of my handguns. The shotguns would lock on, but not fire. All my other weapons worked normal. I did not try fixing by exiting and re entering the game or by changing lobbies. The lobby i was in had 5 other players and animals, hideouts, ect were spawning well. So without a shootgun i played on not wanting to risk a 20+ lobby with poor or no spawngings. I never pay close enough attention and I should be wearing glasses, but it's a circle with a dot in it. Thinking logically though I would sooner guess it's Madam Nazar's icon. Jason Posted October 14, 2019 Share Posted October 14, 2019 A couple of lockboxes will vibrate even after you loot them, just a bug. The controller kept vibrating, while there was nothing left to pick, dig up or loot. Never happened before this week, though. Had the same issue once when I introduced my stepkid to a racing game. Didn't know the controller I gave her had a faulty R2. First i thought it was someone with a bad hack, but I got these three coins too, so it must been on R* side. Nice... Bakkerbaard Posted October 15, 2019 Author Share Posted October 15, 2019 Had that happen yesterday, the coin thing. I was skinning a crap deer in Great Plains and up it popped. Just kind of assumed it was like you sometimes get an arrowhead from a shot animal event, not for a moment realising how daft the concept of shooting coins into animals was.
