Yoona
GTA 3's 18th anniversary is in 11 days, is there anything happening because of it? There was a rumour of a remaster/remake since the game was recently rated again in Australia. http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2019/09/australian_rating_could_mean_were_getting_gta_iii_on_switch What do you think? stef_92
18 doesn't sound like a special number for a remake. They already did a remake for the 10th anniversary with the release of the version for mobile devices. If there's something special to be expected it would probable happen after 2 years for the 20th anniversary Edited October 11, 2019 by stef_92
inadequate
Likely nothing. It's a really old game. Rockstar and co, are focused on GTA Online, and with RDR2 coming to PC... Red Dead Online will too. All people will be buying the game including shark cards, bonus items and stuff, like GTA Online is doing as off today. KarimNTerr
Imagine a remake ala Resident Evil
Sunglasses
Rockstar might do something for a 20 year anniversary only because another ten year passing seems fitting but I am not going to get my hopes up. Not sure what they could really do if another anniversary event were to happen, how much further could they really go? A remake? Who's to say... LongLiveJojo
I doubt a remaster would happen to be honest, R* is focusing heavily on GTA: Online and Red Dead: Online. I'd love to see one though!
