justinlynch3 Posted October 9, 2019 Share Posted October 9, 2019 Great jeep, probably one of the best mountain climbers in the game from what I can see, seems to be almost nothing this can't crawl over. Isn't a racer but it don't need to be. In a Offroad Race nothing is beating the dirtbikes anyway, and in a Transform Race all you need is a Trophy Truck as Rockstar seems to use literally no other offroader. I do have some visual complaints though. First, the more minor one. I'm disappointed there is no muscle car style hood. In order to put a big blower on the engine you need to remove the hood entirely, and I'm not the most fond on that open engine bay look. Why can't we have a option like the muscle cars with the blower sticking up from a slot in the hood? Now the more major issue, neither the fog lights or light bar works. I don't know why Rockstar keeps doing this crap. But this jeep has some pretty sweet bumper and roof options letting you make her into a fairly beastly offroader with all kinds of extra lights. However all those extra lights don't work. I don't get it. Sometimes they make vehicles where the extra lights do work, then they randomly makes vehicles where the lights don't work. A Jeep’s a Jeep, a notjeep is not a jeep. It’s not a Jeep. You could make the argument the 50s-60s agricultural Patrols that were direct knockoffs of Jeep CJs were ‘Jeeps’ in that sense, but this 80s Patrol is about as much a Jeep as is a Range Rover.
