Also I think they should talk about API (DX12 and Vulkan) stuff too tbh, it's there in RGSC, it's in the game files apparently, so... it exists.

Pretty sure most of them are old. Can't speak for the Online ones, but the Story Mode ones definitely are.

60 fps is out of the question, that's similar to Xbox One GPU and it runs 1536x864 30 fps (lower than 900p), so expect 900p 30 fps

DirectX12 is basically 100% confirmed from apparently some game files and its presence in the Launcher, and Vulkan is likely too because there's a DLL file and a registry entry that ONLY Windows uses (so NOT Stadia, that is Linux and wouldn't come embedded in the Launcher), so I'm sorta surprised PC Gamer didn't get that info. Both things were also in the companion app. Maybe Rockstar have more for us when the screenshots release.

I said on low settings. I am pretty confident in my prediction, i tested a lot of games on various PC configurations.
