No preloads yet, however, there seems to be a mention of decrypting in the JS files now (an action for decrypting a title):

"UpdatingPanel_Decrypting":"Decrypting {title}"

 

This would work like Steam, where a preloaded game is decrypted.

Can confirm RGL update too, and i think size of .exe file for launcher increased quite dramatically from maybe ~10 to 35 MB.

You are right. Launcher.old is 10 MB, current Launcher.exe is 35 MB. Huh.

The update also created folder called "ThirdParty", which contained an Epic Games stuff. 
They are preparing for somethin big, for sure.
