Purposely spoiling the game to PC players will get you banned INSTANTLY.

Don't engage into fanboyism, it looks ridiculous saying "console peasants" and "inferior", and similar, and any platform wars will be penalised accordingly.

Announce - Friday

First info and specs - Wednesday

Trailer - Thursday

Pre-order in other stores - Wednesday

They can open pre-loads in any of this days.

Yes, there is no way to guess when they will allow pre download. Can't see any pattern in their announcements about RDR2 PC so far. It can be any day this week.

Soooo... Nvidia Experience released a new driver update. And yeah... RDR2 isn't part of it LOL. I'll be on vacation till the 2nd and I quit the waiting game. Hoping to see you guys on RDO soon! Genuinely excited to meet you all (most especially fellow RDR first-timers like me).

The Game Ready driver will probably come on Monday...

maybe in 1 hour?

I am not sure but in the past (for GTA V I guess) they already did two Newswire posts on the same day.

Nope ? (Xerucal, Spider...)

We know pre-loads are supported by the Launcher. Question is when. Starting to think Friday.

It will be good if they do it today/tomorrow.

They did for the RDR2 PC trailer but to compensate they also released the GTA Online post earlier, which didn't happen today for RDO.

Yep. Nvidia most always release updates a couple of days prior to game launch.

R* Launcher is new, maybe they'll just automatically preload with no announcement.....

I really at this point don't care if there is no pre-load, but this leads to the fact that the game may be delayed and that's what pisses me off right now.

Also, why there ".exe" file called red2.exe, when in core files of launcher it called RDR2.exe?

EXE name is Red2.exe instead, not RDR2.exe, I guess the thing found in the Launcher is just for the Launcher itself (like GTA V has GTA5.exe and PlayGTA5.exe).

Check your own Nvidia Control Panel with today's driver if you don't believe it.

A delay six days before release makes no sense, at this point the game is done. Given the preload data in the launcher, the Nvdia driver etc, it aint gonna happen.

There's no way it would be delayed now

They announced it with a month go, if it was going to be delayed it wouldn't have been announced for this year.

It's not in the official release notes so I guess R* didn't let them say this was the RDR2 driver.

Wait, what? Lol, I could've sworn I looked into the previous driver with Profile Inspector and didn't see it. Are the profiles updated via the Internet?

If you have already installed R* Launcher then it will be detected.
