Any mods (or settings tweaks or whatever) to make peds render as far away as cars do?

I've always found it a bit annoying how if you're standing somewhere really high up (like the crane in Los Santos for example) looking through a sniper scope, even on maxed out distance settings there's just literally no pedestrians rendered at all, while the cars all still are, which looks strange / really unrealistic.
