Animals disappearing from the world...literally. Good luck being a trader with no animals to hunt. Outlaw Pass and Roles gives you so many perks and reward by just playing the game. I have the pass since ten days or so, I'm already level 40 and I entirely recovered the 35 gold bars I spent, and I still have to earn the 21 remaining before tier 70. Bounty hunter is now fixed, is a bit grinding but it's a nice way to improve your skills and loot bodies, especially if you are also collector, so you often loot quality bottles, cards and things like that. Trader is fast to run out of supplies, but the runs you do to get some more materials are another way to obtain something else. It's pretty fast to reach 25 units of goods, which you can sell for 62.50$ in the short distance, so nobody can see you in the radar like in GTA Online. And that's only the beginning. Then you have story mission online, strangers missions, daily challenges (which are quite "boring" at the beginning, but when you hit a couple of weeks in a row you'll start earning 0.4 gold bars by doing stupid things like change jump on a train and so on), hunting is still a decent money maker... it's (very) far from perfect, but I'd give it a try, I'm having fun now. The roles give the game a little more purpose. I like the trader role the best, collector feels to me like something you do on the side, in between hunts, but it's well thought out. Bounty hunter is bot for me. I suck at it and I think this is more for posses. As far as disconnects go your milage may vary as I see alot of posts complaining about it, yet personally I can count the incidents on one hand and have fingers left to grab M&Ms. So, yeah. I was so happy I could change my appearance, because I rushed in the beginning and it bothered me alot. I also like the faster pace it got. It is starting to look like something. Con: Constant crashes / disconnects wiping out everything on your horse, progress in a mission, all of your product on a sale. Pro: You camp is actually useful now! And more upgrades for the camp makes it actually feel like home on the range. Con: Good luck getting the camp to spawn. Wander away a tad too far? Despawn. Do a mission? Don't expect it to be there when you come back. Pro: The occupations/careers really helps make you money and keeps it from feeling like a grind. Con: The only one worth doing is collector. Bounty Hunter pays f*ck all. And Trader isn't quite on par, especially when you factor in all the lost time with those camp issues. Pro: Some really cool looking new outfits. Con: You can't break them into individual pieces. Pro: The game can be FUN now. Con: if you can stay connected for more than 15 minutes at a time.
