While his birth name is still unknown, an estranged and violent hermit known only as The Wolf Man is wanted for a string of brutal murders. Those who seek this feral vagrant be warned: he is believed to have retreated into the snowy foothills near Lake Isabella, an area rife with apex predators such as bears and wolves. Carrying Predator Bait is strongly advised.

 

 

A short while after completing a Legendary Bounty, it will reappear on Bounty Boards to be played at an increased difficulty - indicated by the number of stars present on the poster. When taking on The Wolf Man at a four-star or five-star difficulty level, he must be turned in alive to receive your reward.

 

 

 

Licensed Bounty Hunters who complete The Wolf Man Legendary Bounty at any difficulty level will be rewarded with an exclusive red colorway of the fur lined Red Strayhorn Boots, retrievable within 48 hours of completing the task, in the wardrobe under the ‘Boots’ section.

 

Collectors have a new valuable Weekly Collectible List this week with the Saint Denis Collection consisting of Cognac, the Beaulieux Diamond Ring and Beauchêne Ruby Earrings. Find all the items and turn them into Madam Nazar or send from a Post Office by September 30th. If you're looking to hone your gunslinging skills, this week's Elimination Series (Free Aim) is designed to challenge and reward the most experienced marksmen in the West. So there was a bunch of new clothing added with the update, it's just been held back in big dripfeeds. Whatever I guess, at least we're getting some and this weeks shipment had plenty of good stuff.

I spawned next to Colter and just Fast Travelled.

 

Lets be honest, I know they were trying something different but this BH was incredibly easy. I would have preferred a BH at night in a heavy Blizzard that drains your health from the cold if they were gonna use the snow.

I was expecting a wolf skin hat like Vulpes Inculta from Fallout New Vegas

Was extremely disappointed as that would have been one sick hat to steal

Even better if we unlocked a unique bit of equipment they were wearing if we completed all levels of the LBH. Last weeks could have been the top she was wearing with the double Bandoliers (white shirt for men) and this week he should have had a wolf hood.

 

Also I dont mean to be a dick but Inculta is wearing a Coyote fur as a hood. His name even means Fox

Connor from The Tyranny of King Washington is wearing wolf fur.

Took me all of three minutes, I killed all his Woves and then he charged me with no weapon so I Hogtied him and was done.

Yeah this guy stinks. Once I read his description....I was like......this guy is going to be one of these quick bounties. I mean the regular bounties are more challenging than this

I like the idea of this bounty, but they didn't do as much as they could with it. He's too easy to find, doesn't put up a decent chase, and once he's on your horse there's not a damn thing his wolves can do about it. Love his coat though, hopefully it's somewhere in the dripfeed.

thats how he died on one of my attempts. That guy got flipped like a burger on a Five Guys grill. Slap a bun on em and say order up cause he...... was.......done.......put some extra cheese on dat boi.

Wonderful content! I played the first level now and FINALLY rockstar got back the charisma on red dead series. Feel like this guy came out from Red Dead Revolver.

 

Just need to be more difficult (hope 4&5 stars are harder), but how he fights, the wolves, he calling wolves later, everything amazing!

In that picture of the horse up there, are the reigns supposed to connect like that, or is Rockstar now making huge posters showcasing the bugs in RDO??

 

Also, the new bounty sucks. Just 10 minutes of getting frustrated trying to get your horse to do what you want. No difficulty, just annoyance. The bear is bugged, wolves spawning literally under my horse.....what a sh*t show.

I got a free roam bounty at Wallace Station that sends you up to the site of the epilogue's final confrontation to get 4 guys and their gang, it was the very intense and challenging as they all scattered in different directions, up and down slops your horse can't (or won't) go. Not quite 5 star legendary degrees of hardcore but it was my favourite bit of bounty hunter content so far.

Ahh, finally a use for poison arrows. Shoot the bear in the ass with one of those and it will panic and ignore the wolf man.

My Horse is not happy about all the wolves though, good thing spamming calm keeps him from bucking me.

It's hard keeping the guy alive more than anything. Both my two star and three star run ended with him getting mauled. Don't know where the bear disappeared off to during the two star though.... he mauled him then literally f*cked off!

 

Can't make any money from looting during this mission, that's a massive downside. Especially as after this update, I get jewelry every other loot it feels like!

I think I'll bring my sniper and snipe the bear on my fourth run, I'm not buying tracking arrows. $600 is WAY too expensive for that crap, already trying to make the bounty wagon earn it's keep

For once it seems like we might not have to wait for the next content update just for bug fixes seeing as we’re getting weekly updates instead of tiny hotfixes if this keeps up

First thing I tried was to call in my bounty wagon (animals can’t hurt you or the horse when you’re on a wagon.) Seems Rockstar already thought of that and disabled it during this mission.

I made it to four stars. Ranking up two ability cards before trying four and five star. And I'll try using a Bounty Wagon for the higher difficulty missions.
