Combat Shotgun in Area 69 - location

Can somebody show me an in-game screen of combat shotgun location in Area 69?

It's suppose to be "in dark alley right before the labs".

The laboratory is to the right of the player. The combat shotgun pickup is partly sunk into the ground.

Is this pickup available from the start of the game?
Or after what mission?

If you can figure out how to get into the Lab earlier than the mission  Opens, Yeah.

For the Free Pickup , Combat Shotgun all the time, anytime, there is one in a bush of a car park ,south west, in Los Venturas.

LVA Freight Depot, Las Venturas - In the northwestern part of the district, hidden in some bushes northeast of the "Sumo" building (building with prominent yellow diamond-shaped signs).

It is also one of the Four Dragon Weapons Cache, after collecting all the Los Venturas Horseshoes.

Yes, there is a way, and no, there is no shotgun pickup at the base. Minigun is, shotgun isn't.

Also this map is not complete, there are missing weapon pickups.
