Yacht doesnt have a decent location in Chumash, north Chumash or Pacific Bluffs are your choices

someone correct me if I am wrong, but the last property added to the Dynasty 8 site in Online was 2015/2016?

it was during the yacht update when they added the whole stilt houses were added.

of course, there were a ton of CEO buildings, and other properties added over the last several years, but nothing as simple as a regular apartment/house as we use to get.

perhaps the excessive amount of CEO stuff such as bunkers, facilities, MC club, casino penthouses, and more just overshadowed all that regular apartment-level stuff in which they don't care or forgot about it.

 

so it would be neat if they would go back to adding regular property on Dynasty 8 such as the places in Chumash, since there is a lot of "for sale" signs, and not even just in Chumash, but anywhere really.

They've even added the stilt house interior to several properties for use in Cayo Perico preps, but they haven't given us any new ones to buy. I still don't understand why they gave us so many houses in the same road when identical models are spaced all over the map.

I want one of them new builds by Mirror Park to be a new house seems like a nice community feel as I Park a Porsche and maybe a Mini on the Drive Rotate it between my cars parked at my house by Franklin's Vinewood house. You Get back after a long day of working and Park your car say hello to the neighbour then walk in, shoes off or put my characters feet up pour some drink Grab some food and watch sh*t TV on my Large Flat Screen Plasma TV that I then fall asleep to. Then wake up and go to bed before showering the next morning and changing into my casual clothes for the weekend do some Bike Stunts at Mirror Park before doing some chilling Ie Cruising or Playing Darts or Going to the beach

A house in Chumash with a beautiful view of the ocean and a 50 car garage would be the dream. And please let us customize the lighting in the garage. I hate the yellow lighting on the upper floors of the office garage.

Fingers crossed this is the update where we finally get apartments in new locations. Chumash, Vespucci, Mirror park, Legion square or anywhere new dammit.

Nah it will only be 2 extra slots from existing apartments.

Ya I know that's most likely the case. I'm running out of places that I've not yet owned. Perhaps in the future we will get some new apartments. Hell, people requested the Camaro so much that we are finally getting it.

They made already new interiors for the Dealerships, so why not for new Apartments. With the 2 new slots you could buy the new Aparments without trade-in your old ones.

Exactly. All these people begging for houses when they know the end result will just be some enclosed space with no outside views of any kind. Generic reused interiors, etc. 

 

I never touch the houses I have now because of how terrible they are. At least the Lombank office is close to the ocean and has decent views of it.

At least with the Casino Penthouse you get a semi-decent view and all the amenities you need in one place.

 

If they did add Chumash houses they should be a new interior with floor to ceiling glass windows looking out of the ocean.

Something like that would be great and people would buy them. 
 

I don’t believe they will ever put that much effort into this old ass game again though. I just take what I have and make the best of it. Naively hoping that a new game will be out in a year or two that corrects all the mistakes in this one.

The stilt house interior could fit the beach houses in Chumash with some reworking. I'd be ok with reused interiors from the high end apartments in locations like Mirror park or Legion square. 

 

I don't think anyone wants a Beach house with the medium apartment interior.

My hope for new houses/mansions is the rumored Micheal Vinewood Movie DLC. Would fit the theme to introduce some new luxurious customizable properties and perhaps a few outside the city as well.

I’m personally really into the apartments in GTAO and spend a lot of time figuring out which ones I‘m going to buy, so not getting any new additions in like half a decade really hurts.
