The stilt house interior would match perfectly with several houses on the beach, both in Chumash and Del Perro/Pacific Bluffs. Possibly up in Paleto, too.

The one overlooking Paleto Pier is a perfect match. Still pissed off they didn't include it.

I've owned 3 of the 5 you are thinking of, but they all sucked. The other 2 (assuming you're taking about 4 Hangman Ave & 4401 Procopio Dr) have somewhat decent driveways, but 4 Hangman is cheap looking despite the patio and pool. 4401 is okay if you're looking for that middle class look.

 

The cool stuff are the Vilas on North Rockford Drive.

I fully understand what they mean. One reason in 2013 I moved to the city as the drive alone is enough to put you to sleep day in and day out.

Chumash, Grand Senora Desert, and Del Perro could use more apartments/houses. There's also plenty of opportunities by the airport as well given that there are 3 hotels there. I'd love one of those beachfront spots though. Maybe use a new apartment floorplan for it.

I had a custom penthouse once. But in the end it felt like I was living in a model home. The game even acknowledges this.

Funny thing, both of these requests have been granted in future updates: you can change poses even in vehicle warehouse and you can turn off the light in the club. It's the R* stubborn unwillingness to modify the old code that is holding these things back. Like they have proved recently, it's quite possible even to overhaul Pegasus menu, so...

It would be nice to modify the order of thing in the interactive menu too. The GPS one is first and never used here.
