Can't use mouse to look around in the Rockstar Games Launcher version

So yesterday I downloaded the Rockstar Games Launcher, claimed the free copy of San Andreas, and as of now I can't seem to find a way to make the mouse work for camera control. I was also wondering which version of San Andreas it is. If you guys have any info about the version and have any idea how to use mouse work for looking around please help. Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, it seems this version of San Andreas is unique to the Rockstar Launcher, and it was released without mouse support at all. A lot of people are pissed off but Rockstar's not said anything about fixing this yet. The closest I've found to getting it playable at all is to switch to joypad mode in the settings and use the number pad for camera view angle.
