GTA 3 story line 100% done, but missing 3 missions

Hi, I've been recently going for 100% on GTA 3 for trophy

I've  collected all hidden packages, done all rampages and unique jumps

I've done the RC missions, Portland & SSV import list, I've done the emergency vehicle list

I've done all payphone missions, I've done all off-road missions

When I done the storyline, I completed 100% of whoever I got first.

So I done all Luigi, then Joey, Then Toni, then Salvatore, then I done the same on Staunton.

I've just done the last story line mission, and it says 69 out of 73 missions complete?

I will say for emergency vehicles

I done police 20 kills each island, and I have unlocked 6 police bribes

I done 100 taxi fares and have unlocked the taxi

I've definitely  done 20 fires on each island, because I have 67 total fires extinguished.

I haven't completed level 12 paramedic *yet*, I have only got to level 8  but have unlocked both health and adrenaline perks..

I know apparently you can miss missions if you don't do storyline properly but I am aware of this, and can recall doing all of the potentially missed missions listed on the 100% completion, so I know it isn't that.

 

I've never used cheats or been busted or had hospital visits on this save.

 

anyone got any idea what I could be missing?? I do have a score of 3 in rumpo wrecker? But I don't think it would be that

 

I really cannot start all over again.. But I don't wanna try getting level 12  paramedic if this file is corrupt.

Have you done Marty Chonks' unmarked payphone missions next to the Joey's garage? He has exactly 4 missions.

The "Missions passed" stat includes the story missions, payphone missions, off-road missions and RC missions, it's something from those that is missing.

Well I've never heard of that so hopefully it is that!!
