Bring on PVE survivals solo or with other players. I'd be good with that OT: Does any one else watch walking dead and fear the dead and feel like it's now totally ridiculous yet you've invested too much time to stop watching??? How the hell are these youtubers getting views from a simple bug and every single gaming website keeps reposting that. R* added random event with corpses and it just glitched for someone. There’s plenty of zombie games out there so if I wanted my zombie fix then there’s ample to choose from. If they do some sort of Halloween dlc then I would much prefer it to be kept more real and dark like the night folk, serial killer, Aberdeen pig farm etc. I can see them doing some kind of cowboy and aliens at one point though as there’s too much in the singleplayer which hints at aliens. With the map and the mechanics they have here they can do stuff no other game could, if they choose to of course. There's enough reason to suggest it's just glitches that came with the update but at the same time, I don't disbelieve the idea that they'd tease something like this in this way. Fortnite, as blasphemous as it is to some here, has been doing something very similar since it launched. It's a little more on the nose now than it used to be but Epic teased a huge game changing update to the game through small little things appearing in-game. It had the community going wild at the time trying to figure it all out and speculate on what it all could mean, or if was even a thing at all and not just playing reading into it too much. But who knows, given the GTAO holiday themed stuff it's safe to say they're at least doing something for october/halloween. Yeah, I'm in the same boat. If the shows had got into this state at the season 2 or 3 mark I'd have ditched them, but I've put in too many years now. Goddamn I love it I think there is way to much stuff happening right now that it ain't coincidence anymore: - Glowing eyes (in the same color as the UN font) - random events leading to these bodies - standing hidden dead npc's with glowing eyes - music which has changed to a dark country tune - the UN mask found in Online... I did really enjoy how R* teased the casino in GTA:O with props outside the old one. The GTA internet blew up over that, lol. And with the story mode having even more dynamic stuff growing in story mode here, it does feel as though this game could have lots of little seeds or mechanics planted for better event weeks too like Halloween or Christmas. I hope they do more this way to tease things, though as you said, there's enough to say it's bugs too. I was hoping we'd get a more involved 4th July weekend too. Though it was done in GTA, it's one of those holidays that Americans (and non-Anericans too - I do like fireworks, lol) enjoy no matter the setting, and this game being that bit closer to the period, could be a fun theme too. (Maybe next year as this game was still growing this year, lol). I do love these speculation spells though. Until we know things can't happen, anything still could. I don't take that as any hint, I just assume the bodies had been laying there for awhile. I had the dog take me to a lockbox, no dead body around. Aye, many of the bodies are glitchy as well, in one spot the body is floating. Also it's worth mentioning. that when I found one of the bodies randomly, I picked it up and messed with it for a min (cus floatin') but after going like 100m south I got a stray dog event that took me exactly to that location with a new body spawned exactly where old one was. It wouldn't surprise me if the other bodies people are finding are stray dog events that they haven't fully triggered yet. But like I said above I wouldn't be surprised if there is something going on cause it's a way of hyping stuff that worked extremely well for Fortnite and like Martin said, Rockstar even dabbled in it a little with the casino update. I'm hopeful they'll have something in store for Halloween, though I'm still far from convinced enough to be sure that it's something of the scale of an Undead Nightmare 2 or Undead Nightmare Online. Then again, I wasn't expecting any of the new content to draw me in but here I am playing and actually enjoying myself.
