Lost car, but it still appears in race selection?

So I spin the wheel and one the bravado classic, went and spent a bunch of money on it, and somehow or another it is gone from my free roam, can't find it anywhere, don't recall replacing it in any garage or anything, but yet it is available to select in muscle car races? Like wtf? Sent a ticket to rockstar, although I didn't include the information that the vehicle is still available to select in races because I didn't realize that until just now. Any ideas to how to get the car back in free roam?? Very aggravating of course...
